Privacy Policy

1. Data controller and scope

Movori is provided by Mesut Beysülen, who is the developer and data controller. “Beytronova” is a brand name only and is not a separate company or legal entity. This policy applies to the Movori iOS app.

2. How Movori works

The app works without an account, subscription, or developer-operated server. Information related to planning and focus sessions is processed locally on your device. The app contains no advertising, behavioral tracking, remote analytics, or third-party analytics SDK.

3. Information stored on your device

The following information may be stored locally to provide app features:

• preferences such as student name, exam track, and selected subjects,
• energy check-in, subject, topic, and session duration,
• generated micro-goals and refresh/confirmation status,
• the timing, duration, and state of an active focus session,
• the time when an emergency exception was used.

This information is not collected by the developer or linked to a remotely accessible account.

4. Screen Time and focus blocking

Movori uses Apple's Screen Time frameworks (Family Controls and Managed Settings) for its optional focus-blocking feature. Authorization is not required, and you may continue using the app without blocking.

Apps to block are selected through Apple's system picker. Their names or system identifiers are not sent to the developer and are not exposed to Movori's Flutter layer. Movori uses only limited summary information, such as authorization status, whether a selection exists, the number of selected apps, and session status. Shields are applied only during an active focus session.

5. Emergency exception

When you use an emergency exception, the active session ends and shields are removed. The app may store only the time the exception was used on your device; it does not record which app was opened or its content.

6. Support communications

If you email us, your email address, message, and any information you voluntarily provide are processed to respond to your request. Do not include passwords, Apple ID details, verification codes, or screenshots containing private information.

7. Storage, security, and backups

App data is kept in local device storage and protected by your device's security features. We recommend using a device passcode and keeping iOS updated. Depending on your Apple backup settings, some app data may be included in iCloud or device backups, which are managed by Apple.

8. Deleting your data

The delete-all-local-data option in Settings removes Movori study data, session state, app selection, and related local records. We recommend using it before uninstalling the app because some system security records may persist after an app is removed.

Deleting local data does not revoke Apple Screen Time authorization; that permission is managed separately in your device settings. The developer cannot remotely view or delete on-device data that was never transmitted.

9. Sharing and third parties

Movori does not sell personal information, share it for advertising, or act as a data broker. Operating-system services such as iOS, Screen Time, and backups operate under Apple's own terms and privacy policy.

10. Students and children's privacy

Movori is designed for students and may be used by minors. It does not create accounts, display advertising, or transmit study data to the developer. Children should use device and Screen Time permissions under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian where appropriate.

11. Your rights

You may contact us about your privacy rights or information shared during a support conversation. Only you can access and delete information that remains on your device and was never transmitted to the developer.

12. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated if app functionality or legal requirements change. The current version and revision date will always be published on this page.
