Connect Apple Health from Settings and allow step and sleep data in the iOS permission screen. Permissions can be changed at any time in the Health app.

Is my data sent to the developer?
No. Apple Health and Somava usage data are processed on your device. They are not sent to us unless you specifically include information in a support email.
What should I include in a support request?
Include your iOS version, Somava version, and the steps that caused the issue. Do not send Apple ID details, passwords, or screenshots containing sensitive health information.
